Europ Assistance is a French company created in 1963 and an international operator of personal assistance services in the areas of health, home and family life, automobiles, travel and concierge services.

Europe Assistance operates several own data centers in France, particularly as part of its activities.
Our mission
As part of the development of Europe Assistance remote assistance spaces on these 3 sites based in Paris and Angers, Ingemep was commissioned to design and monitor the work of critical technical equipment.
​
The work consists of the implementation of the main electrical and air conditioning equipments (2N electrical network, UPS, N+1 air conditioner).
Taking into account its activities (the site is equipped with a telephone call center operating 24/7), Ingemep has defined solutions and established procedures allowing the replacement of equipment while maintaining operational continuity.
Before delivery of the sites, commissioning tests were carried out in order to validate the proper functioning of the equipment according to the operating scenarios, in normal and degraded modes in particular.

Our client was thus able to proceed with the installation of critical technical equipment without interruption of services for the latter.
